Start with a classic Israeli breakfast in a special patisserie on the way to the North, before Explore the Eli Cohen National Park, named after the heroic Israeli spy, and follow his undercover crossing trail. Then, we’ll sweeten the mood with wine tasting at the Golan’s famous wineries, followed by a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee from the fortress Ka’alat Nimrod. Enjoy a meal at one of the Golan’s top chef restaurants, before spending the night at a lodge (extra charge) or camping out at the Golan or Seas of Galilee.
